New Zealand Lining is proud to announce the successful completion of a major wastewater renewal project in Beachlands and Maraetai, delivering a long-term, low-maintenance solution for the local wastewater network.

The project involved the rehabilitation of more than 6,000 metres of 150mm diameter wastewater pipelines using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology. In addition, 200+ lateral junction repairs (LJRs) were installed, along with comprehensive manhole rehabilitation across the network.

These works were undertaken to restore the structural integrity of aging infrastructure, improve hydraulic performance, and significantly extend the service life of the existing wastewater system. By utilizing trenchless CIPP technology, the project was delivered efficiently while minimizing disruption to residents, traffic, and the surrounding environment.

All lining, lateral repairs, and manhole rehabilitation works have now been completed to a high standard, meeting strict quality, safety, and environmental requirements. The upgraded network is expected to provide improved performance and reliability for decades to come.
