CCTV Pipeline Inspection & Condition Assessment

NZ Lining provides CCTV pipeline surveys and condition assessments for stormwater, wastewater and pipeline rehabilitation projects. Using modern inspection equipment, our team can assess pipelines from 50 mm to 2000 mm in diameter, identify defects and provide accurate condition information to support maintenance and rehabilitation decisions.

Our operators work in accordance with New Zealand pipeline inspection standards, and where defects are identified, NZ Lining can also recommend suitable rehabilitation solutions.

Pipe Bursting

Pipe Bursting is an effective trenchless method to replace damaged or undersized sewer, water and gas lines.

This method requires minimal excavation and reinstatement at either end of the pipe section in addition to lateral or branch locations. Service connections are excavated, and the laterals are disconnected prior to starting the bursting process. This precautionary measure is to ensure that laterals are not damaged by the bursting process. A closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection is carried out once the operation has been completed to confirm that no damages have been caused during this process.
