Limited Value: $1,002,000

CIPP lining of about 970m of 300, 450, 525, 750 & 1,050mm diameter stormwater pipes

Project Scope:

Installation of approximately 970m of CIPP lining across stormwater pipelines ranging from 300mm to 1,050mm in diameter.

  1. Application of trenchless rehabilitation methods to restore structural integrity and hydraulic performance.

  2. Deployment of fully structural Cured-In-Place Pipe technology to deliver a jointless, corrosion-resistant lining system.

  3. Execution of works with minimal surface disruption to maintain service continuity and reduce environmental impact.

  4. Extension of the stormwater network’s service life through a cost-effective, long-term asset management solution.

Project Outcome:

  1. Safety and quality audits carried out by the client were all compliant.

  2. All construction work was completed to the required specifications. Samples from the CIPP installation were taken for testing. The mechanical properties of the samples exceed the standard results for strength and flexure modules.

  3. Our safety, environmental performance, work quality, and public and client communications exceeded the performance targets through the implementation of our procedures and control measures.
